More Than Shared Hallways

At Relationship Academy MI, Inc. We believe exceptional clinical care starts with an exceptional culture—one where no therapist ever has to practice on an island.
Where Hierarchies Fall Away
We hire for clinical heart, curiosity, and human connection—not bureaucratic checkboxes. Whether you are a provisionally licensed clinician bringing fresh academic insights or a seasoned veteran with years of practice, your voice carries equal weight. We’ve deliberately dismantled traditional healthcare hierarchies to build an ecosystem where two-way mentorship flows naturally and every career stage brings unique value.
Case Collaboration, Not Isolation
Private practice can be notoriously isolating. Here, we practice in teams. Through structured peer consults, cross-licensure case discussions, and informal open-door support, you always have a second brain for complex client dynamics. We blend cutting-edge theory with seasoned clinical instincts, creating a psychological safety net where seeking perspective is celebrated as a professional strength.
Workload Autonomy & Shared Support
Your life situation, financial goals, and energy levels are uniquely yours, which is why we don't enforce rigid, one-size-fits-all caseload caps. Whether you thrive on building a high-volume practice or prefer a lighter schedule for personal balance, we give you full agency to shape a workload that fits your life stage. We support your sustainability not through artificial limits, but through a collaborative environment that shares the emotional load so you can practice at whichever pace you choose.
Collective Impact
We operate as a unified practice rather than a collection of independent contractors sharing a hallway. Success here isn't measured by rigid quotas, but by our shared clinical growth, community reach, and overall team health. By bringing diverse clinicians together under one cooperative roof, we deliver richer, more holistic care to the communities we serve.
Position Overview: Inside the Role
As a clinician at Relationship Academy, Inc., you bring your authentic therapeutic voice to a team that prioritizes clinical depth and human connection over credentials.
