Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and compassionate recent graduates or early-career clinicians to join our growing hybrid practice in Royal Oak. This position is ideal for limited licensed counselors or social workers seeking supervision toward full licensure, as well as fully licensed clinicians who want a collaborative and flexible environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Part-Time Salary:Â $30,000 annually
- Full-Time Salary:Â $60,000 annually
- Training Rate:Â $15/hour during onboarding and caseload development
- Bonuses for all employees (part-time and full-time)

Career Growth & Continuing Education

Every clinician at Relationship Academy MI receives Gottman Levels One and Two training during the training period. Ongoing education is an essential part of our culture, and we provide continuous learning opportunities in systemic therapy approaches, including:
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- The Gottman Method
- Other systemic-based and evidence-informed therapies

Responsibilities
- Provide systemic therapy for individuals, couples, and families (including minors)
- Deliver ethical, high-quality care
- Participate in supervision and team collaboration

Work Schedule
Our scheduling model is designed for flexibility and balance. Most sessions take place between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, but your exact hours are flexible within those ranges. Clinicians manage their own schedules within our established time frames.

Core Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or higher) in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Michigan (LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, LLMFT, LMFT, or other)
- Interest in systemic therapy and working with diverse clients
- Strong commitment to professional growth, inclusion, and teamwork
Specialized Qualifications (Preferred)
- Knowledge of neurodivergence and its impact on relationships
- Understanding of ethical non-monogamy and affirming care for diverse relationship structures
- Radically non-judgmental approach to client care
- Familiarity with systemic-based therapy approaches such as EFT or the Gottman Method
