Affordable Therapy with Clinical Interns in Michigan
This program supports couples and families seeking help with communication, conflict, trust, connection, parenting, or major life stress. The service is offered at a lower cost for those without insurance, those whose insurance is not accepted here, or those who prefer a reduced rate due to high deductibles. Marriage and Family Therapist interns as well as Counseling interns with a strong training in relationship therapy meet with clients in a supportive and respectful way. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists guide every stage of the work to
support steady growth and emotional safety.

How The Program Works
Sessions are provided by Marriage and Family Therapist interns and Counseling interns appropriate for relationship therapy who focus on relational patterns, emotional awareness, and communication skills. A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist supervises all clinical work, offering direction and review. Fees are lower than standard therapy rates, which helps clients receive steady support without financial strain.

About Our Interns
Strong relationship therapists often begin developing core skills early in life through personal reflection, compassion, and curiosity about how people connect. Marriage and Family Therapy training adds structure, theory, and supervised sessions that shape those qualities into professional skill. Relationship Academy MI selects interns who show a natural awareness of relational dynamics and an interest in helping couples and families strengthen connection.
Supervision from licensed Marriage and Family Therapists supports thoughtful, grounded care.
